Most brides book our services 6+ months in advance. However, Spring and fall wedding dates are wildly popular and book out 12+ months in advance.

We recommend reaching out as soon as possible to check our availability. If we are unavailable, we are happy to send you referrals to our .

Service Mimimum: During peak wedding months (April–June and September–November), we require a minimum of 4 services.

Large Groups: More than half of our weddings are large bridal parties. We schedule one artist per 4 services, which ensures everyone gets the attention they deserve. We recommend reaching out 8+ months in advance so we plan accordingly. An additional artist can be added for $100.

I only work with a few hand-picked artists I trust, which means every guest gets the same quality and style of makeup you’d expect from me.

Every package includes a special touches to make your day smooth, relaxing, and memorable:

• A complimentary beauty analysis to prepare for your makeup trial (30 min. virtual consultation)

• 2 hour bridal trial to preview and perfect your wedding makeup

• Wedding Makeup - Custom skincare prep, waterproof application , individual or strip lashes (90 minutes)

• A personalized touch-up kit with essentials like setting spray, setting powder, lipstick touchup, blotting film, and more.

• A custom timeline for your makeup services so everything runs on time

• Ongoing communication in the months leading up to your day.

Whether it’s local, a scenic drive or a passport-required affair, we are happy to travel to you! I have personally glammed brides along the beaches of Mexico, the California coast, the mountains, and charming places in between. You can expect your makeup will be tailored to your location, climate, and wedding-day vision.

Travel fees are mileage-based, calculated from my Wimington studio to your location:

• $30 base travel + $1.50 per mile (per artist)

• Parking, valet, ferry, or toll fees are charged separately

What often goes unseen are the hours of work that surround your wedding day itself: coordinating with planners and photographers, preparing and stocking high-end skincare, products, lashes, meticulously cleaning and sanitizing brushes, loading and unloading professional equipment, and setting up a full mobile beauty studio tailored to your space. We handled all those details so you can simply sit back, breathe, and enjoy.

Administrative Support

Every bride is supported by a dedicated assistant who works exclusively with our wedding clients. She manages all communication and logistics behind the scenes- answering your questions, finalizing your booking, scheduling your trial, and creating a personalized makeup timeline for your wedding day. This ensures nothing is overlooked and allows me to stay fully focused on what I do best— perfecting every detail of your bridal look.

Professional Kit & Tools

My kit is an ever-evolving collection of professional-grade products and tools. From high-performance skincare and custom-matched foundations to premium lashes and long-wear essentials, every product is selected with quality in mind. This investment ensures your makeup looks flawless in person and photographs beautifully from every angle.

Safety & Sanitation

Cleanliness is our top priority. Our sanitation standards go far beyond the basics and follow strict protocols. All tools and products are thoroughly disinfected before and after each wedding. This is a detailed process that takes 60–90 minutes and includes deep-cleaning brushes, sanitizing individual products, sharpening pencils, and disinfecting all surfaces. On your wedding day, brushes are sanitized between every client, disposable applicators are used, and clean-hands-only practices are followed at all times. Your safety and comfort are non-negotiable!

Bridal Policy

Congratulations, bride-to-be! I’m so excited to be part of your wedding journey and help you feel radiant on your big day. To make everything run smoothly, here’s what you need to know.

Booking & Deposits

• Bookings are confirmed once we receive a signed contract and retainer.

• The brides payment of $500 is due 60 days from the time of booking.

• The remaining balance is due 5 business days before the wedding.

• All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Payment options: cash, Venmo, Zelle, or credit card (3% processing fee applies).

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Bridal trials: Please provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule. Less than 24 hour notice may result in a rescheduling fee

• Cancellations must be made in writing 90 days prior to the wedding.

  • More than 90 days notice - 40% of the “total amount due” is owed

  • Notice within 90 days - 100% of the “total amount due” is owed

• All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Bridal Trials

• Trial runs are scheduled for 90 minutes, hosted at my makeup studio in Wilmington, NC.

• Appointments are available Tuesday-Friday 2-PM. Weekends are reserved for weddings.

• Bring your inspiration images and arrive makeup-free with hair pulled back.

Wedding Day Expectations

To ensure smooth operations on your wedding day:

• Please prepare a designated workspace: flat surface (dining table, kitchen island/bar) with access to an outlet.

• No cramped/tight spaces spaces, bathrooms, or high-traffic areas.

• Pets should be out of the workspace for safety and sanitation.

• Natural light is a bonus! We bring a ring light to all weddings.

Photography & Content

• Photos/videos may be taken before and after services for portfolio or social media.

• Behind-the-scenes footage may include setup and makeup application (no audio) for social media content.

Expectations During Your Appointment

• No eating in the chair.

• Limit phone use—quick texts are fine, but repeated calls or messages can distract.

• No smoking or vaping.

• Respectful behavior only; inappropriate conduct may end the service without refund.

Professional Products & Safety

Professional makeup is reserved for paying clients only to ensure hygiene and safety.

These appointments are scheduled in-studio. Your service includes skin preparation, tailored application, lashes, and a mini lip touchup.

On-site services - This mobile experience includes a full beauty setup with my makeup chair, ring light, mirrors and my full makeup kit. Please note these appointments are limited, and a $50 travel fee will apply.

Private studio - This space was designed with your experience in mind. Clients can sit back, relax, and enjoy their personalized pampering without distractions. Pick your music and help yourself to complimentary snacks & beverages.
