Fill out our bridal makeup inquiry form, and our team will follow up to confirm availability and provide you with a custom proposal. We will answer all your questions to make sure you are comfortable and confident in your decision to choose us!

Make it Official

Say the word and our studio fairy will guide you through the process- from the trial run, makeup timelines, and more. Bookings are officially secured with a signed contract and a 50% non-refundable deposit. This ensures your wedding date is locked in and ready for your dream bridal look!

Once your booking is confirmed, you can sit back and relax— we will handle the details. We provide a personalized makeup timeline and coordinate with your wedding planner to ensure everything runs smoothly. From the first application to the final touch-ups, you can trust that your beauty experience will be seamless, stress-free, and unforgettable

  • Whether it’s around the corner, a weekend road trip or a passport-required affair- we’re all in!

    Lisa has followed love stories far and wide- glamming brides along the beaches of Mexico, the California coast, the mountains, and plenty of charming small towns in between. And she’s counting down the days for her first international wedding. If the vibe is right and travel is covered, you can count on her to be there.

    Travel fees are mileage-based, calculated by the number of miles from our Wilmington studio to your location. Our Beauty Coordinator will confirm our availability and provide a custom quote upon receiving your inquiry. For destinations more than two hours away, hotel accommodations may apply. Planning something out of state (or out of the country)? We’d love to hear all about the details of your wedding!

  • Whether it’s six or sixteen, our experienced team is built to handle it all with ease. Our artists thrive in high-energy environments, blending right into your bridal entourage. We prioritize the vibe as much as the beauty- striving to elevate the atmosphere and create a stress-free experience

    Our beauty coordinator collects every detail in advance, assigns the right artists, and creates a personalized timeline to keep the day flowing smoothly and right on schedule. The number of artists is based on your headcount and getting-ready window, ensuring every guest gets the time and attention they deserve. ($100 per additional artist.)

    For Saturday weddings, we require a minimum booking of 5 services. With a limited number of weekends each year, this helps us make the most of our availability and serve as many bridal parties as possible.

  • POLICIES:

    NO GUESTS ALLOWED

    For all studio appointments—whether it's a trial, makeup lesson, or special event application—no guests are allowed to attend. The only exception to this policy is if the client is a minor, and the parent or guardian is accompanying them.

    CONTRACTS & DEPOSITS

    All bookings require a signed contract and a 50% non-refundable deposit. Your appointment is only confirmed once both the contract and deposit have been received. Please note that deposits are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be applied to future bookings.

    APPOINTMENT BOOKINGS

    I do not accept "walk-in" appointments. If you wish to book a service, please make sure to schedule it at least 48 hours in advance.

    CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

    If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will be required to pay the full amount for any future appointments at the time of booking. This amount will not be refunded if you cancel. If you need to cancel or reschedule your makeup appointment, please let me know at least 48-hours in advance.

    BRIDAL & WEDDING SERVICES
    For bridal or wedding services, cancellations must be made at least 90 days BEFORE your wedding day. If the cancellation occurs less than 90 days before your wedding, the bride will be responsible for paying the remaining balance of the services booked. If you need to reschedule your wedding date, there is no guarantee that Lisa will be available since wedding dates get booked years in advance. 

    BRIDAL TRIALS

    All bridal trials are held exclusively at Lisa’s private studio in Wilmington, North Carolina.

    Hosting trials in her studio ensures a consistent, professional environment where Lisa can provide the highest level of service with all her tools and setup at hand. This dedicated space allows for a relaxed, focused experience tailored to each bride.

    ALL SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

    Once a service is completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. If you would like to secure your future date during a trial, please book your appointment before the trial to avoid this issue.

    LATE FEES & CANCELLATIONS

    If you are 15 minutes late or more, an additional $50 late fee will be charged. If you arrive later than your scheduled time, your appointment may be canceled at my discretion. If you do not notify me that you will be late or absent, you will be marked as a "No Call No Show" and your deposit will not be refunded. Furthermore, you will no longer be able to book future appointments.

    ARRIVAL PREPARATION

    Please ensure you arrive prepared for your appointment. This includes: Arriving 10 minutes early with a clean, makeup-free face. Wearing a low-cut or strapless top to avoid makeup stains on clothing (I am not liable for any stains). Give yourself ample time to arrive, considering potential traffic, parking, etc.

    ALLERGY & PRODUCT DISCLOSURE

    If you have any allergies (food, animals, etc.) or specific preferences, please disclose them before booking your appointment. I bring my dog to the studio, so if this is an issue, please inform me beforehand. If you fail to disclose any allergies prior to the appointment, I will not be able to service you, as I will not have time to check ingredients or conduct a patch test.

    PERSONAL MAKEUP PRODUCTS

    I do not use personal makeup products unless you inform me before booking your appointment. Note: This does not apply to Self-Makeup Lessons.

    PHOTO & VIDEO POLICY

    Documenting makeup work is a vital part of our business. Lisa takes great pride in her artistry and the work she creates for each client. Building a professional portfolio is essential for makeup artists to showcase their skills and continue growing their business. In the beauty industry, a strong portfolio is not just important — it’s essential. It allows Lisa to showcase her skills, inspire future clients, and continue growing her artistry and brand.

    Because of this, all clients must agree to have photos and/or short videos taken before and after makeup services for promotional use on Katie’s social media platforms, website, and other marketing materials. These images and clips may be used for promotional purposes, including (but not limited to) social media platforms (such as Instagram and Facebook), website galleries, advertising materials, and professional portfolios.

    Please know that every effort will be made to present you in the best light possible, and photos/videos will always be tasteful, respectful, and representative of Lisa’s high standard of artistry. By booking an appointment, you are granting permission for Lisa to capture and use these images for promotional purposes.

    If a client declines to allow photos or videos to be taken or used, this must be disclosed at the time of booking.

    FILMING & CONTENT CREATION 

    Lisa frequently documents the wedding day experience from a makeup artist’s perspective — this may include behind-the-scenes footage such as loading and unloading equipment, setup, makeup services, client interactions, cleanup, and breakdown. These clips are often used to create “Day in the Life of a Bridal MUA” content for social media and portfolio purposes. Lisa will not post any audio such as client/artist conversations.

    By booking with Lisa, all clients acknowledge and provide consent to be filmed in a respectful and professional manner. Filming will never interfere with services or your wedding timeline, and any content shared will always maintain the privacy and dignity of everyone involved.

    If you have specific concerns or would prefer not to appear in any footage, please notify Lisa in advance of your appointment. However, please note content creation is an integral part of her brand and business.

    USE OF PROFESSIONAL PRODUCTS

    Lisa is committed to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism. For this reason, only clients who have booked services and completed an intake form will have access to Lisa’s professional makeup products and materials.

    If a member of the bridal party (or any guest) who has not booked makeup services asks to borrow, use, or apply any of Katie’s products or tools, Lisa will respectfully decline.

    Intake forms are required to ensure client safety by disclosing allergies, sensitivities, and other important health information. Allowing someone who has not completed this form to use professional products could risk serious allergic reactions or other issues, and Lisa cannot compromise the health and safety of her clients or her kit.

    Lisa’s products, tools, and expertise are reserved exclusively for paying clients who have gone through the proper booking and intake process. Thank you for understanding and respecting these safety measures.

    EXPECTATIONS:

    To ensure that your makeup experience is smooth and enjoyable, please note the following expectations:

    NO EATING IN THE MAKEUP CHAIR

    Eating in the makeup chair is not allowed. We want to keep your appointment focused and efficient, so please finish any meals or snacks before or after your service.

    NO TEXTING OR PHONE CALLS

    I totally understand if you need to make a quick text or call. However, texting or talking on the phone consistently or repeatedly during your appointment is not permitted. This helps minimize distractions and allows me to focus on delivering the best possible results for you.

    NO SMOKING OR VAPING IN THE CHAIR

    For your safety and comfort, smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited while in the makeup chair. This ensures a pleasant, clean environment and minimizes any disruptions to the service.

    RESPECTFUL CONDUCT

    Disrespect toward me, my products, my equipment, or any part of the service will not be tolerated. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the service, and you will not be refunded for the appointment.

    Your cooperation in adhering to these expectations helps me provide you with the best possible service and ensures a positive, professional experience for everyone.

  • Whether you're attending a glamorous gala, preparing for a photoshoot, celebrating at birthday, or simply want to look and feel your best for any special occasion, Lisa offers a luxury makeup experience designed to make you shine.

    Each special event makeup session lasts between 1 to 1.5 hours, allowing time to create a custom, full-makeup look tailored to your personal style and makeup preferences. The service includes skin preparation to ensure your complexion is radiant, smooth, and ready for a flawless application.

    Every client also receives a makeup touch-up kit, including:

     

    • Two beauty sponges with extra foundation & concealer

    • Powder puff with extra powder

    • Blotting sheets

    • Lip touch-up

    • A refreshing mint

     

    Lisa offers mobile makeup services, meaning she can travel to your location and set up a full professional makeup station at the location of your choosing. From bringing the chair, lighting, and mirrors to setting up everything you need, Lisa ensures a stress-free experience so you can focus on enjoying your special day. Please note that a travel fee may apply for mobile services, depending on your location.

    Alternatively, clients are welcome to come to Lisa’s private studio, where everything is already set up for a luxurious experience. At the studio, you can relax with complimentary refreshments, allowing you to feel comfortable, pampered, and ready for your event. We believe that special occasions deserve special treatment.
